When printing you should make sure that you use recycled paper.
A lot of people are now recycling paper and cardboard, but if there is no demand

Simple measures such as reminding staff to turn off lights, to not leave mobile
phones constantly charging and turning the heating down rather than opening the
window to cool down can all save the smallest business significant amounts.
