If you think you should be on this list, please contact us!  This is by no means the complete list for the Island, it is just a representative of those organisations who were sent and returned our questionnaire.  Remember that glass jars and bottles, newspapers, textiles (clothes) can all be recycled using a 'black box' - available free of charge from Island Waste Services by contacting 0800 328 3851 or 01983 821234.  Green waste, such as fruit and vegetable peelings, tea bags, egg shells and other food stuffs (cooked and uncooked) can be placed in the Green Box, both of which are free and collected from your kerbside.
